Biography
Prof. Padma Tripathi is a Ph.D. (HRM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. She is working as assistant Professor II at Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow. She is a NET-JRF awardee in IR & HR, and also holds a PGDM in HR/Marketing from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi.
Apart from teaching, she takes interest in the training and development of students and executives through workshops and MDPs on modules related to team performance, interpersonal skills, and strategic goals.
